For products where exchanges are possible, you are required to submit the request within 2 days of your receipt of the order, provided all items have their original tags in place, are unworn, unwashed and include all accessories/pieces as their original condition.
Please note that custom & personalized items and sale items are not exchangeable. Most items that are customized are stated so in their description. If you are unsure if your item is a customized item please email us at email@example.com.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange the courier to pick up the items you want to change size or model. The courier for exchanges are absolutely free, given that items are in their original condition.
We do not have cash refunds but you can use your credit valid for 6 months.
